My Story

Hi there! I'm Jamie & I'm a licensed psychotherapist & trauma coach for over 10 years.

I had to pause helping others to rest & help myself.

I'll never stop continuing my education in order to create a vital life. So, that meant making lots of changes through the years. 

So, here I am now, just married to the love of my life in Boise, Idaho trying to grow an organic farm, build a healthy home & regulate my nervous system in nature to nourish my mind, body & spirit.

It's not exactly the life I thought I'd have, but it's exactly what I need to truly live & thrive.

My passion is to support you as you connect the pieces to your own healing puzzle & process the trauma that comes with that experience.
