How to Feel Empowered Through Nervous System Regulation
Have you been feeling down or defeated lately? Have you been searching all over the internet for ways to feel better–ways to heal? If so, you’re not alone. In fact, for several years of my life, I was stuck in a rut, unable to find a healing method that worked for me. It wasn’t until I had exhausted all of my options that I realized the root of all of my problems: my nervous system had become dysregulated after trauma I had experienced. And then I realized that the only path to feeling any better was the path of commitment and dedication to taking the time to heal my nervous system. And this was something that crystals, doctors, and therapists couldn’t help me with.
If you’re struggling to get back to feeling the way that you do when you’re the most YOU and you’re ready to do the work that it takes to get there, then you may be ready to begin healing your nervous system too.
Maybe you’re feeling hopeless from all of the doctor and therapy appointments you’ve been to without getting any sort of answer or resolution. Maybe you’re drained from bouncing between burnout and anxiety. Or maybe you’re feeling exhausted from mystery symptoms and chronic illness–frustrated because you know, deep down, that something isn’t right. So frustrated, in fact, that you feel that it’s time to take matters into your own hands. It’s time to reclaim your life.

Unfortunately, you can’t heal a feeling problem with thinking solutions. Instead, you have to begin by understanding the “why” behind your dysregulation. The “why” behind your trauma. What is your body holding on to and how is it responding? One of the biggest parts of healing your nervous system is being able to recognize your biological patterns.
Of course, digging deep and uncovering the root cause of your trauma can feel difficult alone–if not impossible. That’s why I created the Nervous System 101 course.
