How long is the course? Is there a deadline?

Will this replace therapy or medical treatment?

No, this course is educational and supportive, not a substitute for individualized therapy or medical care. It works beautifully alongside them, but it isn't a clinical intervention or crisis support tool.

I'm dealing with chronic illness, will this still apply to me?

Absolutely. Chronic illness and nervous system dysregulation often go hand in hand. This course won't tell you to "just calm down"; it helps you understand the biological patterns behind your symptoms and support your system gently, without pushing or overriding.

Do I need any background or experience?

Nope. It's designed for anyone who feels stuck, dysregulated, or disconnected from their body, whether you're new to healing work or years in, it meets you where you are.
